What are your business hours?
We are open 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
When can I access my stored items?
Storage can be accessed during our normal business hours. Access can also be arranged on weekends or evenings if necessary. Corporate customers can have 24-hour access if needed.

Will I be locked into a long term contract?
Our storage is month to month with no long-term contract necessary unless you are taking advantage of a special pricing deal. (e.g.; 1 month free with 6 month rental)
Is there a minimum time I can store for?
No, you only pay for the time you need. You can rent for as little as 1 month.
Do you require a security deposit?
No security deposit is needed.
Do you offer outside storage for RV's and boats?
No, all of our storage is inside storage. Our facility is not suitable for RV's, boats or similar items.
Are my stored items insured?
Business customers please check with your insurer. We are not able to provide insurance and are not liable for stored items.
Is there a charge for unloading and loading items for commercial customers?
If you have a monthly storage rental there is no charge for handling carpets and pallets that fit in your space (some exceptions apply, inquire for details). We unload and load with our own forklift.
